去年的J1， 在美国(加州)半年，10月份回到国内。
美国的学校发的工资，收入不超过 $10w, 没有被扣联邦税，扣了州税。
我的问题是：
一. 1040NR-EZ 需要填吗？ 在 Instruction 上的第二页 (Who Must File)下面， 有
Exceptions. You are not required to file form 1040NR-EZ (or form 1040NR) if:
1. Your only U.S. trade or business is the performances of personal services
, and
a. Your wages are less than $3,500, and
b. You have no other need to file a return to claim a refund of
overwithheld taxes, to satisfy additional withholding at source, or to claim
