由于family reason，未到合同规定时间就辞职走人，一般有什么惩罚措施？
是罚钱么？还是别的什么？因为我是辞职回国，所以reputation倒不是很担心。

合同没写后果。只是说了N年内不能辞职。
目前还差1年到N年。这个不会有牢狱之灾吧？或者赔1年的工资？

那合同上应该写上毁约的后果吧 如果没有的话 这个合同也没用

就是， 俺的合同是：辞职要提前N月通知，一般不能在学期中间。不到M年辞职， 1年
内搬家费全赔，2年内1/2， 。。。一共7-8页厚。
