菜鸟一个，还没买过股票什么的，但是想着该学习如何投资理财。
昨晚偶然看到一个基金信息
one month one year three year expenses (as of asset)
Vanguard S&F ETF 4.9% 8.4% N.A 0.06
想问一下这个一个月的回报率就有4.9%吗？是不是说我有1万块，那么上个月买了这个
基金，这个月就能看到涨到10490元，若扣去手续费，能拿到大概10430元。是这样的吗？
若这样，比我拿钱存银行好多了，现在1万块，每个月只有5块回报左右。但是，好像太
好了。具体有什么风险？
若这样的，我若想买个5千美元什么的，该如何操作？直接打电话去，还是怎么具体办？
请高手指点。多谢了

opt期间回国了，因为没对找到工作有什么期待，现在要返签，因为lg还在美国工作。
问题是看到很多人说opt期间没有job offer的都不能再签f1，因为没有回美得理由了。
我想知道的是如果我的理由只是lz在美，且opt以及i20尚有效，我能否签f1？其实我现
在改签别的身份和回美后转身份没有区别，只是opt还有1月到期准备回去撞撞大运而已。
希望知道或有过此经验的讨论下，谢谢先！

Line3： 不能填超过3000的数额， 是不是如果超过3000就写3000？
line 5： 如果配偶是学生， 而奖学金 不够每个月$250， 那如何填写？

01/25/2011
Yesterday, the Majority Leader, Senator Harry Reid, introduced S.6 bill in
the Senate to reform America's broken immigration system, co-sponsored by
nine other Senators. This is one of the ten bills he placed in the Senate's
priority agenda for the 112th Congress. This has a long way to go ahead, but
it symbolizes the Senate Democrats' plan to initiate debate on this key
issue. Please stay tuned to this web site for the development of this
legislation.
Text of S.6:
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Reform America's Broken Immigration System
Act''.
SEC. 2. SENSE OF THE SENATE.
It is the sense of the Senate that Congress should--
(1) fulfill and strengthen our Nation's commitments regarding border
security;
(2) pass legislation to support our national and economic security, such as
the DREAM Act, which would allow students who came to America before turning
16 to earn citizenship by attending college or joining the armed forces,
and AgJobs, which would help to ensure a stable and legal agricultural
workforce and protect the sustainability of the American agricultural
industry;
(3) implement a rational legal immigration system to ensure that the best
and brightest minds of the world can come to the United States and create
jobs for Americans while, at the same time, safeguarding the rights and
wages of American workers;
(4) require all United States workers to obtain secure, tamper-proof
identification to prevent employers from hiring people here illegally, and
toughen penalties on employers who break labor and immigration laws;
(5) hold people accountable who are currently here illegally by requiring
them to either earn legal status through a series of penalties, sanctions,
and requirements, or face immediate deportation; and
(6) adopt practical and fair immigration reforms to help ensure that
families are able to be together.

如果有一行太长的话，emacs会自动换行，并且在行尾留下一个 \
请问有什么办法能去掉这个\吗？就像vi一样，直接就到下一行。这样的好处是我可以
直接copy emacs里面的行到console下面

Even with job offer, very likely you will be rejected because of immigration
intention.

半夜三点多起来，听到鸟儿在外边不停的叫，还奇怪呢

但是不能保证每个月啊，哈哈。

那这样算起来就没有那么好了。但是为什么一个月的回报还是标4.9% （其实于该标0.
40），那这样我就不会跟一年的 8.4%回报混淆了。
赫赫，已经去vanguard看了，好像直接个人在网上就可以操作了。
这样子，打算拿出2千美元出来试一下。
那大家都是在哪里买基金的呢？都是这样网上操作的吗？
还是在银行或是其它地方开户买，？

从其对延州官场的描述来看。。。这些人政治觉悟不是一般的高哇。。
也有可能 那个乱世 皇权还远不如家中米缸充盈来得实际。。
所以作者一系列的动作都相对显得较为合理。

2000不行吧？我记得他家基金至少3000起，low cost admiral share的要10000。

最近更新太成问题，我都忘了讲到哪里了
凡是穿越的都有个干部队伍的问题不好交代，身边出几个武将说得过去，关张不也是一开始就被刘备网络了么，但文官队伍很难解决。大宋帝国征服史比较狠，花了20年培养了一代人算是我见过的比较合理的。
北唐这方面一般，虽然有老李相公的支持，但还是显得金手指了些。

他那个 女官 的任用 我觉得 没那么容易被弹压下去。。
文官大多 总有些 清高的情结在那里摆着，放着一女官 平起平坐
哪怕是乱世 也不见得就这么开通。
其他的金手指还好，还算可以接受。
现在最不可接受的是 滑膛枪的出现。最近看的几个 都有燧发枪的原型在里头。
这玩意 没有机床没那么容易搞定吧。。就简单一笔带过：批量生产。。。
宋风更甚，居然已经出现了榴弹炮。。。开得也有些过了......
北唐目前还没出现滑膛枪，算不错鸟....
