The first inspector found many problems and the seller agreed to fix some of
them. I insisted at that time I will get an inspector to check if he really
fixed them. Then I made a stupid decision to get another inspector because I
thought maybe it's good to have 2nd opnion. The 2nd inspector came with all
kinds of funcy tools, infra red temperature measurement, laser dimension
tools, laptop computer, portable inkjet printer.... But he didn't find ANY
problem, just keeps telling the seller's agent
