If you are trying to get Dish(DirectTV/DishNetwork)'s HDTV programming,
you need to get a HD receiver from them(like DISHNetwork's Dish 811 etc)
and subscribe to their HD service.
If you just want to get local broadcast in HD:
1) go to amazon.com and search ZHDTV1 antenna, you'll get one for about
$20. Use www.antennaweb.org to check your distance from towers,
hopefully you are not too far away, otherwise you need bigger/outdoor
antenna. Then you need to do ATSC/8VSB scan to get OTA
