first time home buyer. count offer 上说:
"seller will not make any repairs or inspection to the subject property
unless being expressly addressed in the count offer or the seller's addendum
".
那我还用找个inspector吗？找出如果有问题，能跟银行讨价还价吗，还是银行不理，
把offer再给我的opponent？

当然好做了，跟房子比起来，inspection的钱就不是钱。他们不修，你发现重大问题至
少可以不买。
