加入现在公司之前我有三年左右的经验，打广告的时候应该加入这个条件还是只需要
Advanced degree?　听说如果条件太符合自己很有可能被Audit? 但如果只需要
Advanced degree是不是很难筛掉美国人的简历？马上需要给公司提供公告的样本，希
望有经验的前辈多多指教，谢谢。

本来以为是一定要的拉,还没有NEGOTIATE完REPAIR就递了LOAN APPLICATION,ORDER
APPARISAL.当时LOAN OFFICER说不用交DEPOSIT.请问这种情况,APPRAISER已经ON SITE
看过房子,REPORT还没有出来,要交钱吗?

三年full time?
for the job ad, well it should be the normal requirements of that kind of
job. If similar jobs in your company requires MS+2 yrs full time, then use
it. If all other jobs require BS+3yrs, then you better be prepared to answer
this question: why this position has different requirements than other
similar ones?

My job title is senior software engineer and is the requirement of 'MS+2yrs'
normal for this type of position? And I just checked my salary, it's
between level 3 and level 4. Would this be fine for EB-2?

要你的loan officer赶紧搞定对方不要出报告了。
我上次也有这个问题，本来要450刀，后来我伏了大约70刀。

required.
"MS+2", prepare to answer why?

Safe for software engineer.
MS may be reasonable if it need domain knowledge/training.

I was referred by a recruiter and can't remember there's any detailed job
description.

don't you have a lawyer.
If you don't, you'd better have one. Nobody DIY PERM.
If you do, why ask here?
