unfinished的地下室，和地上的房间一般温差会有多少？（地下室的门是关闭的，没有
和楼上的房间对流。）因为买房后还未入住，就把温度设置在57度 （华氏），但这两
天降温会到零下（摄氏），有些担心水管。请大侠不吝指教。谢谢！

If your furnace and water heater are in the basement, then it will be warmer
than first floor.

It depends and you need to measure it yourself to make sure exactly how much
difference they have. In general basement can be well above freezing point
even without heating because if it is mostly under ground, unless you have
big windows/doors or leakage.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. The furnace & water heater are both located
in the basement, so I guess I do not need to worry.
