That depends a lot on your personal situation, such as how much rent you are
paying now, how big/expensive a house you want to buy. What is your purpose
of buying a house, basically, personal enjoyment, investment only, or both.
In some market, rent is so low, you can rent a big house for very little,
while other area, rent is so high, you can only rent a very small place for
a lot of money.
My suggestion, buying a house is not just purely for investment purpose, it
is something you can enjoy ev

可以弄个5+1的loan,把每个月的还贷成本降低。3年后如果房子涨价，把房子卖了，刨
去其他fees也许能跟你租房子持平

depends on what you plan to do with the property after you moved out,
mortgage rate you can get now, price, rental cost in your place, job market
etc.

那你得先研究一下你要买的那个区那个价位的房子好卖不
这年头，人搬走了房子卖不掉的，我见过的太多了

the cost of selling your property can go as high as 8 to 9% of your final
selling price. with current market condition, you will most likely not be
able to get that for only 3 years. On the other hand, if the cost of owning
a house is cheaper than renting a similar one, buying one now may not be a
bad idea. that's why you need find out more.
