You should use septic system, but you already have sewer hooked up, if you
stop the water, I don't think they can meter the sewer and charge you, right?

no, that's the basic rate, no matter u use or not. I just used 3000 gallon

So they will continue to send you a bill for sewer if you stop the water
service from them.

sewer总是比water贵的。 要想省钱就少用水。 但用水少了后水厂会赔钱的，然后导致
水厂提高water和sewer的价钱。
