我有一个campusEdge 跟一个myaccess checking
那个myaccess checking很烦，需要DD才能免月费。我想搞chase的DD.
想把myaccess checking 关了。
问题1.myaccess checking比campusEdge的优越性在哪里？
2.开myaccess checking是hard 还是soft pull?

wait at least till tomorrow,
the 10 year bond yield dropped .06%,
which should be reflected into the mortgage rate tomorrow morning.

as expected, today mortgage rate dropped.
so i relocked my 30 years at 4.875 w -.625pt from .125pt.
but i expect the rate goes up tomorrow,
since 10 year bond went up .07% today, after yesterday's .06% drop. so at le
ast 5% is expected for this week.

hoho, cong to your new apt.
it's just a BoA thing, the lender's rule:
they allow one time relock within 15 days of closing.
