lock for 45 days 3.65%
lock for 30 days 3.5%
is it good?

The loan officer told that the rate should be the same next week, so let us
wait till next week so that we can lock for 30 days to get the lower rate.
I read the previous posts, it looks the rate will be going up. Should we
lock ASAP?
