我要求写在合同里，比如注明“1.5% of the sale price is paid to the buyer's
agent;1% of the sale price is paid towards closing cost”，但是我的agent说她
的公司没做过，她的manager可能不同意。
她愿意给现金。可是我觉得不写下来的事情总是不可靠。拿到过rebate的同学给说说，
你们的合同里是怎么写的？(是购买合同，不是和签的合作合同。)

我的理解是，这些事是上不了台面的。

购房合同是你和seller之间的，不能写这个。你要写合同，可以单写一个和你的agent
之间的。
但是有些州rebate是illegal的，这样的情况下，有合同也是不能enforce的，就当君子
协议吧。
用一个agent，就应该相信他，起码的信任也不能建立，不如不用他。
