我们两个月前有一个short sale,
a couple of weeks ago, our agent told us that “ your offer was chosen to
be submitted to the bank, over the other offers on the table!! .....the
property has gone through foreclosure, and the bank owns it now ”
A couple of days ago, our agent emailed us again that “The negotiator said
this is one of the most complicated ones she has ever seen…….They are
doing everything they can to get a deal together with you ”
所以我们不明白我们这个deal 到底会怎样:1。银行接受， 2。银行否决，3。银行
counter offer 4. 银
