我有个朋友同学被两所学校录取，马里兰大学是在college park那个校区，这两个学校
附近都有地铁吗？哪个坐地铁比较方便？（或者公车之类）然后坐地铁往gaithersburg
这个方向，最远能做到哪里就是终点了？谢谢！！！

If he lives in Gaithersburg, then UMD is closer.
Both universities are accessible to Metro.

For Gaithursburg,I think you can take red line and transfer to bus at
Rockville or Shady Grove.

这两个学校都在地铁站上。
但gaithersburg没有地铁，需要先乘bus到 rockville坐。
还有就是如果你真的住gaithersburg的话即使只坐地铁，离的也很远。去 college
park单程一个小时以上。GWU近一点。

Misinformation.
UMD is not close to Metro. You have to ride a bus to the Metro Station. For
GW, you can walk to 2 nearby stations in 3-8 minutes.

UMD /College Park Campus is not that far from the Metro. There is school
shuttle taking you from the campus to the metro. It's just a short ride.

Metro is not good option for commute between Gaithersburg and UMCP, you will
find out reason by using DC metro map.
Driving is not bad though.
