在Maryland，30年固定利率，no point。 lock 60 天，怎么样啊？是Agent帮我们找的
，不过还不知道closing fee.我Agent坚持说各处lender的closing Fee 都差不多，最
多也不过200-300刀的区别。我觉得closing fee 不同lender应该差别也蛮大的吧。好
像这个lender还说不能relock，即使将来利率降下来。

donkeyroad1 你拿到很好的利率啊。关键是no cost!我刚收到estimate，说closing
fee大概要9千。我们要贷37万。

no cost does not mean you pay zero at closing. No cost just means the lender
do not charge the items in the 800 section of HUD statement, which is
uaually only 1000-1500 dollars.
