今天看了一个房子，1960年的，地下室有石棉地板，而且已经破损了。我们的agent对
我们说这个问题会很麻烦，请问倒是是个很Serious的问题吗？小半个地下室的面积（
300sqft），找人处理的话大概要花多少钱？能否找Seller处理，或者据此砍下价来？
我有个比较土的想法，直接在破的石棉地板上浇上一层水泥地，不知道行不行？或者说
这样做是illegal的？
多谢各种建议和想法！

石棉是一级致癌物质，被人体吸入后容易导致肺癌。
一般有石棉的老房子都需要特殊处理，不然不好卖。
对于破损的石棉地板，很可能已有断裂的小的石棉纤维被吸附在屋内墙壁和器具上，或
漂浮在屋内，基本不建议购买。

多谢楼上的回复！这个地下室也就用作storage/laundry space, 那已经吸附在墙壁或
空气中的石棉对健康会用很大影响吗？
因为确实比较喜欢这个房子(location, school, floor plan等),所以想再多看一下。
彻底处理这个石棉问题也有多大可能？话费会很大吗？

It's not a matter of cost.
Even somebody tells you that they can "completely" remove asbestos,
would you risk your health and your children's, even it's a tiny
possibility? I wouldn't.
Just move on - there are plenty of houses out there.

Just got approved. Can I use it right away buying calling the CSR to get a
kind of temp card #? It said it will be mailded to me in 2 weeks but I want
to buy the tickects within 2 days.
