Saw a very "chep" townhouse yesterday and told my agent. Today we went to
see the house, but the key is gone. So we didn't get into it. Then I checked
the list again and saw that it is "off-market property".
Does it mean it has been sold out? It has been on the market for nearly 200
days even yesterady, and today it is gone!
BTW, I saw "bank-owned property" card on the window of the house.

那应该是卖掉了。off market就是不卖了，这个是bank owned

off-market means not for sale any more. don't bother, move on
