搬走后被房东告知，living room 地毯有个黄色的斑块，清洗不掉，让重新换，而且
carpet with same quality，怎么办？
我今天过去看了看，那斑块不仔细看根本看不出来。

我记得是organge juice 倒在地毯上了；搬出来后已经清洗过了。

this seems to be an old trick in residential lease.
you can call city administration and claim harassment of the LL.

When I moved out of my apt., the landlord charged me $180 for some damage to
the apt.which I even did not understand (the damage decription). Since we
got most of the deposit back, we accepted the penality. Later we met a
lawyer who was willing to try to get the money back for us without charge.
He just sent a letter to the landlord demanding detailed info about the
damage. The landlord returned the money right away.
