据我所知,一般都是buyer付closing fee。现在又知道合同可以有条款让seller
帮buyer付一部分closing费,听说有些seller不愿降价而愿意付一部分closing fee。
不太明白这样有啥好处。buyer可以少付点现金。

所以说推荐信还是不要太多得好,搞不好就重复了

我们的offer给了full price,但是让seller 付些closing cost,seller同意了
不知道这样对seller有啥好处,不过agent肯定是宁愿让seller不降房价的

我放狗搜了一下,据说有些buyer没那么多cash closing,这样可以帮助buyer把
closing放到贷款里慢慢缓
还有什么说法?

本来就不该重复。
推荐信里可以重复的是介绍申请人的那些亮点。而不是重复使用相同的段落,甚至相同
的语法错误。
