反正这一项在closing cost里都有的
不过如果seller是在10年内买的房子，可以问title company要reissue rate，一般低
40%，可以在网上查到

我还是没弄清楚，seller刚刚从title company 做了title search并买了insurance,
花了1300多，我把这个材料已经给了lender(BOA),我还需要从这个title company要
reissue title insurance吗？

seller卖房子为什么要花钱买title insurance啊，这不是buyer买的么？
seller现在手里应该之前已经买了那个property的title insurance啊，
我知道的是如果这个房子在seller手里不到10年，你买title insurance的时候可以有
discount

我还发帖挺BA价格呢，可惜散户不争气没挺住，可惜自己资金不够不然all in...lol
但是求100K有个小风险：半年内只能出六张票，因为要加household账户才能出票，如
果出一些短途票单程票，可能100K卖不光。

lender's是cover lender的，一般mortgage company
都要求有这个。一般是borrower也就是你出钱。
seller那个应该是owner's title insurance，一回事，
但是是cover owner的，也就是你。另算一分钱。你这个看来
是seller出钱的。如果seller不出钱你可以选择买不买，
一般都不买。

如果你用得着这些航线是很好。
我的点数主要是想回国用，现在贬值太多了。很庆幸10月底换了6张往/返中国的单程票
