Be aware of this company, summit, those people suck, they make use of you.
They donot lock when rate increases, but refuse to relock when rate
decreases. I had a vey bad experience with them.

我是跟summit（新美）贷的，在rate hike前（3月22号）锁了4.875% (30 yr fixed
jumbo conforming）。我倒觉得他们办得又快又好，我是30天就close了。我还专门上
