If we want to apply for EB2, I have been told that some agencies do not need
to go through the labor processing, but some of them do need. Is this true?
How can I find out which agency does not need a labor processing?

我们这里小区，很多zestimate的估价高的，比zestimate估价低的房子，最后成交价低
不少，还不如改名叫mestimate--messy estimate.

mass 估价 is just a math formula to take area average x size
house's condition, direction, upgrade time of the year, seller/buyer's
motive etc all can affect the price.
