We are currently looking for someone very familiar in this area through
practical application of tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL and other FEM tools to
solve practical problems in semiconductor technology at various scales of
interest. For example, we are aggressively pushing the technology in NAND
cells – scaling well below 20nm. At these nano-scales, stress in and
around the active area can dramatically influence device characteristics.
We are also pursuing various 3-D interconnect projects, in
