and swing set. so no deal right now.
Since the agent's email said "The firewall just needs a covering that is
fireproof.", please have it covered. Also it is said "these things are small
", so please have it fixed. Please don't forget the HVAC service.

inspection花了多少钱？你这种情况一般把inspector的cost double要回来差不多。都
是小毛病。如果这样的毛病扯皮，房子没法买卖了。
