1. after a sales agent from Redfin showed me a house, I request an offering
from their website on Friday, however, they haven't contacted me since one
phone call right after my request saying they are working on it (the latest
is Monday morning).
my question is can I ask another agent to offer for the same house since I
am kind of disappointed by Redfin's efficiency
2. do Redfin agent work on a salary + bonus base, not on commission? the
sales agent from Redfin told me so.

I tried redfin too, but was not satisfied with what I got.
They were always busy: it took the lead agent 3 days to respond to my
request to place an offer for a house!
After then, I asked another local agent for 1% rebate, and he is much much
better worth the money!

thanks for sharing...one of my friends told me that it is usually not ok
to change the agent for the house already showed by him/her
but I really want to fire redfin for their delayed service for the house I
am interested. any suggestion?
