现在我爸妈想资助我们3万美元付首付，他们好像可以直接从中信银行wire到我们在
chase的checking account，我想知道申请贷款的时候除了gift letter还要准备什么材
料吗？我听我的loan agent说一张中信银行的英文证明，证明这笔钱确实是我爸妈帐号
上的，然后汇到美国我的帐号上。请问真的有这么麻烦吗？谢谢大家了。

前两天看到有帖子说：只要钱在你的账户里面俩个月以上就没这么麻烦了

I just went through this because the wire transfer was less than 2 month
ago.
the loan agent asked for official letter from chinese bank too which will
cost my parents another visit to bank and more explanations in China.
But my family scanned the cunzhe and email to me before. that's accepted.
(the loan agent is a chinese so she explained and translate the cunzhe to
the underwriter.)
I consolidated bank/investment accounts in march and had to explain every
money transfer by providing 10 old/
