这两个是都需要提供绿卡就还是有一个需要，选择是不是就变简单了。

就是说如果哪个农officer给你no cost refi，你能拿到的利率就会比你自己出cost来
得高

我都有，申请都需要绿卡，我觉得2张卡都要，都是宝卡，SALLIEMAE是5% 的GAS,
GROCERY, BOOKS（AMAZON.COM), PRICELINE是EVERYTHING 2%，都是VISA CARD,两者不矛
盾，这两张都
是值得长期保留的宝卡。

you can do no closing cost refinance, but your rate will be a little higher.
You need to calculate which one makes sense. If you are going to live in the
house for a long time, and you predict the interest rate will not be much
lower in the near future, then, pay the closing cost to get a lower rate.
Otherwise, do the no cost refinance.

you need find a good agent, maybe he/she can waive closing cost.
As regarding to rete, you can compare differnet bank

大家说的SALLIEMAE卡应该不是这个。不过这个也不错，不过这个和PRICELINE 还真差不多。

我觉得这个5%和priceline 2%配合用，好像比较好
