Just made an offer last Friday, in negotiation with the seller. Very
optimistic to reach an agreement early next week.
Currently working with chase on mortgage, they offer fixed rates 4.875% for
30yrs and 4.25% for 15yrs with miscellaneous fees about $1000 (including $
400 for appraisal, which I think it's a pretty good deal. But my agent
suggests me to shop around more for mortgage, and a friend suggests that a
Chinese agent usually have a better deal.
