问题是一到contact us by email,然后就要log in，就绑定amex的credit card。
要么就只能打电话。但是我想这个很费劲，不是所以的Representative都知道，尤其是
关于一个其他发卡行的卡

我citi aa amex搞small business Saturday的时候，post上去的消费变成27号，导致
没拿到25刀，打电话给citi，直接说我有笔25刀的statement credit怎么没入账，客服
查了几分钟说我没看到你有这个credit，不过没事我们给你。过了几天帐上多了25刀，
显示的是valued customer credit。。。。。
