现在FINANCE／PURCHASE一个20K的车对1-2年后贷款买房申请来说区别大吗 ？
如果ＦＩＮＡＮＣＥ的话是在申请房贷款前还清好还是没关系呢？

I was misled big time before. There were people saying that high credit
score is not enough. You need to have history of borrowing money.
This got me into taking a high interest loan on my car when I could easily pay in cash. It turned out to be a total waste of money. It also cost me credit score, because in a matter of less than a minute, the dealer called several lenders to check my credit score.
People should know better than spreading inaccurate information.

不到两年也能贷到款的，只要你分数够高。只是不是所有的银行都给你罢了。

是太多了，多烦啊，他们的网站又那么难上，有那功夫还不如看会八卦新闻。再说不是
都设定邮件短信自动通知了吗？我是十天八天想起来就看看他们动没动我的材料.该做
的我们都做了，剩下的是移民局的事了，我们查的勤也没用。还是留着点劲儿到你该使
的时候用合算。不过楼主的心情还是可以理解的。

车贷对提高信用是有用的，但是至少也要等上半年一年的，实际上车贷刚开始会损伤信
用。我们无息贷了两年的车贷，中间不知道有啥影响，但是最后付清了的时候一下子把
我们的分数从780多升到800以上。
但是我们房贷的亲身经验是只要分数到了740以上就可以拿到好的利率，信用分再高也
不会拿到更好的利率。

其实没什么正常不正常的，没别的事情，又在网上，随手一点就查了。如果有别的事，
可能一天也就不会有时间查了，关键看个人的具体工作情况。这从这点就认为有强迫症
，未免太夸张了吧。
