打了后門電話
被告知得関一張現有卡
目前有一張chase co and chase sapphire preferred
不知那留那張好
本想等chase sapphire preferred 的年度7%bonus

助理教授（TENURE－TRACK），如果学校答应申请EB１B，不过他们好像搞不清楚EB２
＆ EB１B的区别，还需要什么样的文件证实是PERMANENT POSITION呢？

最近在找房子，想请教LA的XDJM觉得在LA买房子哪个城市比较好，个人不是很喜欢San
Gabriel Valley,太过脏乱了。

In your job offer letter, just say sth. like this:
We would like to offer ** position (using the word permanent or job with no
fixed duration), provided that his performance is satisfactory and
sufficient funds are available.

但是chase co每年送2張club passes 年費85也比sapphire preferred 的年費95低 Co
有租車保險好像CO benefit 較好
