where to open a new account?

我也遇到相同的问题，不知道去哪里申请account。然后我到主页上去申请，看到有个
open account，按照要求填写信息，到了一个环节叫做new account bonus，要填写
offer code，我就把OCSDBT100 & OCSBP100粘贴上去，但是只能显示3个，所以后面我
就没继续，不知道怎么往下弄了。望高手指点

这两个bonus似乎是对老用户的，也就是说你先申请账户，批准了后再去那个帖子给的链
接输入这两个code去激活bonus
