我从一个apt搬出来，刚收到他们的checklist，上面写着换了地毯1300多，我负责其中
的80%也就是1000左右，deposit是500，现在变成了扣完我deposit后还要交800.我对地
毯的价值有疑问，根据单价和面积算下来即便全陪也是800左右不是1300，但他们就不
和我谈这个，我一下激动说不打算再额外pay这部分钱，要拿的话就去法庭好了。 有没
有人遇到类似的情况？会不会真去起诉我？谢谢！

Contact your state's attorney general small claim court landlord/tenant
dispute office. If you did not do any damage, then insist there is just
normal wear and tear and they should not have passed carpet replacement onto
you.

Thank you so much. To be honest, the carpet is not clean but no damage.
