拿到offer，明年1月开始工作
现在就只剩下论文，打算是先工作，明年5月之前答辩毕业
学校international office的人说可以申请POST-graduate OPT
但是看了一下opt的policy，说是申请POST-graduate OPT要在completion前90天之内
那我是不是需要导师写我会在3个月内毕业？

前一段时间被迫换了一个工作，工资低了一些。如果refinance from 15 yr to 10 yr
，mortgage则每月要多出1百多刀，这样mortgage占月收入比重超过33%达到近40%。这
样做refinance会不会新贷款通不过？
另外，agent说no cost refinance 要交recording fee，大概100刀，这是什么费用?

my university policy is: you can propose an estimated defense date for that
purpose and your I20 will be changed for that. however, when you actually do
the defense is up to you.

DTI 40 is good enough for refinance. Recording fee is for recording your
deed with the county. (not necessary but everyone does it to give
constructive notice to everybody else).

你还有没有HOA fee,或者车贷等其他的开销，如果没有Refinance应该没有问题。

I do not know either. I left it blank by now. The advisor has specifically
asked me to put the edited file on a pen drive. Then when I met him on next
monday, he will edit it for any mistake and then print it out for me.
