You can do it yourself. Mostly the problem is with the belt and to change
the belt is pretty easy. You can google the youtube video for detail
instruction as how to replace the belt. I had the same problem last time and
the replacement only cost me around $30 to get the parts.

if the belt needs to be replaced, they can charge $200 to get it done.
half price of a new dryer
if it's older than 3 years and there is diffculty to diy. just get a new
one.
