科研工作者大多是久坐人群，很容易有颈椎，肩，臀等部位的毛病。反正我是能站着绝
不坐着：公交车上从来是站着（即使有很多空座），讲课永远站着，。。。
我建议开讨论班时应鼓励一些人站着听报告，办公室应设计一些站着用的桌子（吊起来
，还可以节省空间）

要使劲往下按着才不再弹起来。
看了说明书把后面那个调压力的搞到最大好像也不管用。还有啥可以试试的？

我有几个同事在办公室里放上跑步机，边跑步边工作。还有一个装了自动升降桌子，自
己选择坐还是站着工作。

应该是你的Emitter和receiver没有对好吧.

有那种放桌子上的架子卖的。我同事有在用。
另外，吊起来为啥可以节省空间？一般不能吧。。。

First of all, the spring may need to be adjusted.
Disconnect the door from the opener, it should be able to stop at any
position in between open and close and you should be able to move it up and
down with just your little finger. If the door want to close or open by
itself, you need to adjust the spring tension.
Second, the upper and lower stop position need to be adjusted, the door
should reverse itself if a 2x4 is placed under. (your problem could be the
lower stop position is set too far)

这个我也遇到过，看看两端接收器和中间有没有杂物，如果有就是被他们弹起来的。或
者看看固定接收器的螺丝有没有松，如果两端不在一个水平也会弹起来。

If sensor problem, it can not be 关上后马上自己就又开了 as described, it
will not even begin to 关 at all.
If the door can go travel the way down (关上后), it begin to reverse (马上自
己就又开了), it is the problem with stop limit position. It is designed to
reverse if a 2x4 is placed under the door. Turn the screw a little bit each
time, until you can find the door just shut right, but will reverse if
something is stuck under (such as a piece of 2x4)
