看有人HOA高达300多奔400的，很纳闷儿，这么高的HOA费，如果住几年后换房卖掉的话
，岂不是白白损失了几万块，又不能算在房价里，不亏吗？当然貌似都有健身房游泳池

但是你享受了HOA的服务了呀. 就像你的房子Interest不就是白白交掉了.

location! location! location! you do not worry if the location is super. No
matter how much is the HOA, a house in super location is hot forever. Or,
just walk away from it. High HOA in a gerenal location is a big con when you
try to sell it.

Depends on what are covered by HOA.
If HOA is $400, but covers fire/earthquake/harzard insurance, water and
garbage, house exterior and has pool, spa, gym, then it is good.
If HOA is only $150, but doesn cover anything except for common area
maintanance, then it is bad.
