如果第一个loan有conforming limit的话 (41.7万在我这里)
同一个房子上第二个loan有啥限制吗？
比如10万 20万 or 20%，term有啥限制吗？比如说LOC或FIXED

现在的Second比较难申请，推荐做成Jumbo Conforming的Loan。

Well...Quite the opposite. There are ton of regulations and restrictions
for us.
We’re already hedge to the market anyway. I rather have security, let money
sit in checking.
