清晨,e-file 了,到TSC.
我有问题要问:
网申后上交的I-140表,可不可以和网申时候不一样?因为发现表格上有些选项填错(不合
适).我家LD的H1B延期只是递交,还没有批准, 所以, 在签证到期日是今年的六月, 上面
没有选项是有没有PENDING的申请,如果手填,这个问题就可以解决了.
还有类似的问题.可以用网上的普通的I-140替换网申的I-140吗?

listing price is 629k for a town house(2695 sqft including all and
living are is around 1900 sqft), close to the north of metro station
those in the south of metro is smaller by low 500 sqft and cheaper by
200k in terms of list and sold price.
7 sold comparable houses in the same neighborhood(the same lot size and
almost the same size of living area) is 590~630k,DOMP is around 7~30
days
590k is the most recent sold,a few days ago which is a bit larger than
mine by 170sqft and a little dated told

E-File完邮寄的材料不需要附上140 copy
只要带条码的那张140的receipt confirmation页

I will recommend an offer at $570~580K to see what you get from seller.
Reason is simple. It is smaller than recent sell ( 590k), and usually less
than 10% discount is still a reasonable offer.
It is very hard to say how much you can get because every house is different
, and every seller is different. If you are lucky, I means 1) NO other offer
2) seller want to sell it quickly, you may get the house with good price.
But who the the result?
My 2 cents.

其实140不像485
没太大关系
实在担心的话
可以附上H-1延期的I-797复印件
并附上一个简单的说明

是, 我在支持材料里面有,就有点担心IO不看材料,一看目前过期的H1B就....
我觉得我还是好好的准备了很多材料的.
PL12页,加个COVER LETTER两页,我自己一遍遍的提炼材料和PL, 感觉都是很精炼的东西
了.还有二百八十页.
不过,我也有拿手的材料.希望IO开开眼就让我家的过了...

bid with whom?? if there are no other offers, there is no bid at all. just
offer whatever you are willing to pay.
