难以想象。本来看重个房子，其实学区也很不错，在这里是A, if not A+. And lots
of people think that it will become A+ soon given that more asian are here
now.
本来都签了，今天我们的中介告诉我们，房子周围1mile 以内有3个sexual offenders.
因为我们买的是比较老的区？ 1986年的房子。
可是学区不错啊！从小学到高中，都是10分。其实这个地方口碑一直不错。咋办？我
们家孩子们都还小。。。

why did your agent tell you that at this time?
you have boys or girls?
you can check why they are and what crime they convicted for. not all of
them are child-related.
and you can't avoid them. anywhere you go you'll find them around. and
they can move into your neighborhood even if you don't have one there
now.

如果在两三个block以外，也可以考虑.太近就不好了

distance is a consideration. your agent is good to let you know that as the
data is open to the public through Megan's Law. everyone deserves the second
chance. plus you can ask the neighbours to get their comments as they have
been living there long.

All within 1 mile. I almost fainted ........
一个儿子，快要有2个女儿了。所以怕。。。。
想不通，这个区是我们这里第二好的学区。第一号的，住的都是不靠工资吃饭的人，挤
不进去。这个区里好多中国人，则们会这样？
本来打算就住3-4年，但是如果这样，是不是也不好卖/租出去？本来就是看中房子离好
的学校近。去的是当地最好的高中呢。。。。

说实在的1 mile意义不大。尤其如果你在人口稠密区，1 mile很远了，相隔1 mile很可
能就是完全不同的两个区
不过不清楚你们那，也许人烟稀少区，1 mile还算是一个community里的

其实想想这些人也不怕,你干啥怕的要死.是因为你的房子离的更近?

one is around the corner on our route to elementary school and park

you might not have a choice anyways, hehe
for example, go to
http://www.familywatchdog.us/
and search yourself...
if you live in LA area for example, there might be no clean area at all, if
you put the radius to 1 mile, hehe
3 within a 1 mile radius, supposed to be very good already imho, hehe

你先查查都是些什么级别的sex offenders，我们州比较严比如两个teenage谈恋爱，如
果一个不到年龄，两个有些热乎动作，又有人告的话，那个年龄大的都有可能算是sex
offenders。

很多地方都这样
19岁的小伙和一17岁的谈恋爱，家长很不爽，就能把那个19岁的据报成sex offender
当然老美变态也的确很多，的确不少恶心的sex offender，所以看严重程度

yeah. 知道一個傢伙很 "yun". 他 BAR 遇到了一個女孩, ONS'ed. 一直不知道這個女
孩是未成年
後來女孩的父母不知怎麼知道了這事, 報警爪了他
後來他就成了 registered sex offender
想想真很的yun, 女孩可以入 Bar (肯定用了假身份證), 人就認為她 21 歲以上了很正
常. 不知情
的情況下的也被定罪.
