周末看了一房,floor plan如示意图.让我们最不满意的是Kitchen(红色虚线处): 这
Kitchen背靠garage墙, 面对family room(中间隔开成吧台状), 左边是dinning, 右边
是family room去garage的过道, 偏偏不靠窗......
如果remodel这样的Kitchen, 把Kitchen挪到墙边, 大概需要多少钱啊?

here is my estimates:
water pipe and plumbing re-rout: $4000
cabinet and countertop: $5000-$10000
floor: $1000-$3000
Appliances: $5000-$10000

Plumbing might vary a lot from area to area, as this is a licensed job.

要是slab地基更贵

多谢各位. 查了一下theplancollection.com, 发现厨房在中间的房型不少.
决定还是不折腾了, 与其把原来的floor plan改成个四不像, 还不如留给偏爱这样房型
的人.
