Is it okay to get rebate or credit from broker now?
One broker told me it's now illegal to have any cash transaction with
client. If caught by auditing, the broker could lose his/her license.
Is this true?

Is the borrower at any risk if the broker gives some credit and is caught by
auditing later on?

私下的cash transaction是不行的。有很多税的问题。
我们的credit都是算在closing statement里的。
就是broker自愿少收些钱而已。
