My friend wants to apply EB-1B, he is a asisstant professor in USA
university (rank about 50).
teaching+research, he want to claim teaching(5 years, 1---2 class /year) +
authorship(20 publications: 300+ citation) + contribution.
anyone can give suggestion.

我家房子和邻居家房子之间有3，4米宽，有一部分地面老是很潮湿。导致我家靠近那一
块的closet里面的木头板子长霉点子了。周围人家房子两侧靠墙都种的冬青树，我家潮
湿的这边强没有种，是不是种点树可以吸水。有没有达人给解释一下。多谢了。

I don't think trees will help at all!
You may want to consider correct grading/add water pipes to fix the moisture
problem near your outside wall. I will also consider adding a dehumidifier
to improve indoor moisture (Having mold is a serious problem which is very
bad for health). You should also check to see if you have a leaking roof/
side wall because water can come down from there and end up inside your wall
to cause such problems.

I do not think teaching experience is of importance here. At least, I did
not mention that at all.
