本人专业是Social Science。25 journal and conference Paper (most are first
author), 20 reviews for journals and conferences, guest editor for a
journal and one editorial board member.
IO 应该是看过我的PETITION LETTER. 我CLAIM 了AUTHORSHIP, CONTRIBUTION, 和
REVIEW. 每条都要EVIDENCE 来证明small percentage who have risen to the very
top of their field. RFE 共三页。
推荐信里都提到过这些。大家帮忙看看还有哪些证据可以增加。

最近看中了一个房子，给了offer，做home inspection的时候发现attic 里有mold 的
痕迹。
Radon 也超标了。很犹豫要不取消 offer。
这个mold是不是即使处理好了，对将来的resale还是有影响的啊？

1. 再要几封推荐信，要有吹你在small percentage among your peers。
2. 你发表paper的conference or journal 要有top XX 或者 ranking XX的document。
3. 你review的paper 也要有 ranking info。

1. 举证说能发25篇paper的你很牛逼。很少有人能发25篇，发了25篇的质量没你高。
2. 举证说能review这20次journal很牛逼。
3. 举证说你这个guest editor很牛逼，不是阿猫阿狗都能当的。
4. 举证说你这个editoal board很牛逼。
5. 举证说你的贡献很牛逼，其实这是关键的关键。
如果上面5点前面的推荐信和材料里面都包括了，看是不是写的够清楚。不信再来一轮
推荐信。
