另外
我国内硕士时候有几篇文章 citation大概在20左右但是出国换了个专业虽然还都是
在engineering的那么这些citation能claim么？
请帮忙指点一些多谢啦！

老房子装修过, 把大块的生铁 Radiators 搬开再装上.然后把旧的有汞的 Thermostat
换成新的有 Program 的. 炉子有电, 开的时候可以听到炉子有 click 声音和
Circulator在转, 但不能自动打火, 火嘴(Pilot 用的)和燃烧部分也没有煤气出来.
可以人工Pilot 点着火嘴,调高温度后再开电,炉就着了, 等炉子热到固定温度火就灭了
只剩 Pilot 的火.问题是靠进炉的管很热, 但再往上一点的管所有的 Radiator 都不热
. 每个 Radiator打开后面的气口放气后有水流出来.
试着开着炉子的时候把回流管(在接Circulator之前)的开关打开, 放了很多很多的水,
上面的管有点暖,后来就没放, 就也不热了. 是不是管里不可能有水啊? 或水太多了?
还有那炉子不能自动打火,是不是 Thermostat 有问题? 装的时候按照说明没有接那两
条 C 线.

而且是mastercard，现在正缺个mastercard
请问一下这个c1卡到底有什么问题不建议申请的？
我每月按时还全款也会有问题么？

你真是有点夸张，把C1说的象龙门客栈一样啊。除了个别案例，
那些基本都是自己出了问题的，C1严格执行规定而已。哈哈。

谢谢告知，看到一个评论：
说不按时还款1元就罚很多。
如果每月不完全还款就罚100.
还是美国人评论的。

Capital One is one of the wrost credit card companies to use. I personally u
sed them and they lowered my credit rating. They will charge you $30 if you
go over $1 on your balance. Then they charge you a $100 a month if you only
pay the minimal amount.
