appraisal contingency removal 没签的话, 在concellation of contract
instruction上,选下面内一个对买方有利呢?
A seller has failed to take the following applicable contracual actionn as
required by agreement --------------
B. seller has failed to remove the applicable contingenc after being given a
notice to seller to perform
C. buyer has failed to remove the applicable contingency after being given a
notice to buyer to perform
D. buyer has failed to take the applicable contractual action after being
given a notice to buyer to perform

现在合同要取消,因为是买方的原因,不能如期close, 卖方想要deposit.
买方怎么做才能拿回押金呢?上面的选项怎么选会有利?
卖方好象想上法庭解决,如果是这样,买方是不是一定要找律师呀?
如果找这样就有了额外的费用,不知值不值得。找律师大约需要多少银子?
