下周做inspection,30天内要带到款,下个月底close,33万的房子,20%downpay,30
年fix
现在可选的是:
1。agent推荐的两个broker
2。自己的银行:chase或citi,现在chase有个什么cash back promotion,不知道值不
值?

3。学校里面的一些银行如boa,citizens,people's bank,说给学校雇员0。5到
1point,这个相当于多少rate呢?
值不值得为了这个开个账户呢?
关键是这个阶段很难比较,因为不知道closing cost上会差多少。是不是broker给的一
般都比较低呢?是老美。还有
broker给的贷款其实最后是不是还是从银行带?因为想用chase送united mileage,不
知道找broker还能不能享受这个
promotion?

Application fee/appraisal fee: $395
Underwriting Fee: $295
Flood Determination Fee $14
Processing Fee $300
Courier Fee-Bank $30
Abstract or Title Fee $200
Attorney Fees $700
Title Insurance $995
Tax Service Fee $84
Recording Fees $200
Wire Transfer Fee $30
________________________
Total $3,243
And for BOA, they said BOA related cost ~$1700, non-BOA related $2300, so
total about $4000
Also, I am in connecticut.
2. And for the rate, I think I got it clear now, that they will buy us 2
points( which = 0.5% rate), today's rate,
they said is 4.375%, so that will be 3.875%. This is special promotion for
the faculty's in our school. So is
that very good? Then maybe I should save my time and energy to find a broker
and go with them?
