从福建来美的27岁青年陈先生(化名)出于好心，日前在华埠F车地铁站内，因送给陌生
人一张「一日无限次地铁卡」而平白招来横祸，被地铁站便衣警察逮捕后关押，更糟糕
的是，陈先生于2008年申请政治庇护移民案件失败而身背递解令，数日后移民局执法人
员介入，目前仍在押的陈先生很有可能因为送人一张地铁卡而断送了自己的「美国梦」。
陈先生的母亲林女士(化名)22日前往美东联成公所求助，她说：「我儿子在监狱裡
打电话跟我说，18日他搭F车到华埠，准备搭巴士去麻州做工，下午5 时他从F车地铁站
出来，在站裡碰到一个人对他说，卡用完了，给他两元钱，让他刷一次。他当时看那个
人很可怜，又想反正自己马上就要去外州做工，卡也没用了，就乾脆把卡送给了那个人
。结果没想到，儿子好心反被抓。」
林女士透露，其子陈先生在2008年申请政治庇护失败后递解令在身，结果当晚被警
察带到14街的警察局，19日上庭认罪，法官判陈先生行为不当，罚款 125元。但却一直
没有被释放，22日移民局执法人员介入案件。林女士请了律师，但现在律师也无能为力
。林女士说，她的儿子来美五年，最近这两年，没有身分工作很难找，还有偷渡费没有
还清，现在不知道该怎麽办。
律师刘汝华建议，陈先生家人应按兵不动，等待移民局将陈先生转移至移民监狱后
，再聘请移民律师让其政庇案重新开案，另外一种可能就是，移民局很可能因为监狱过
度拥挤又无法顺利递解陈先生而将其释放，但有可能为其配戴电子脚镣，并须定期到移
民局报到。

Refinance about 96k, need to deposit initial escrow about $3310. After
signing, found a cushion fee about $760 dollar. I think the bank takes money
by alternative way. This refinance is no cost. But this cushion fee is kind
of bothering me. There are 3-day cancellation period. So the refinacne won'
t take effect until next Monday or Tuesday. Anybody has such experience.
Should we deposit money for escrow first??

it's a daily pass (unlimited), so it can only used by one person at a time.
He can not use that one-person unlimited pass to let another person pass (
or if he let another person use it, he himself should not use it for that
trip)
it's stealing from the subway. a misdemeanor arrest (so the fine of $100-
150 is the usual punishment). But the problem is that he has a deportation
order and now got caught.
