弱问，social security寄来信，没看明白我错啥了
social security寄来信，说 we are writing to explain how certain provisions
of the social security act may affect you. Our records show that you
have been employed in work in which you didnot pay Social Security taxes,
such as some federal, state or local governmnent work, some nonprofit
organizations or foreign employment.
第一句话像是恐吓，第二句话像是说我漏税了，。其他没有任何具体信息了。留了电
话，和网址， 800 772 1213.

本人情况是，f1 student，做了ta,ra，但税表每年都填的，退税的时候就网上提交。
有谁以前收到过类似，这是什么东西，没有给我具体要做什么的说法。唯一有不确定的
地方就是退税的表填的有可能不准确。

how long have you been in USA? If over 5 yrs, you need to pay social
security tax (SST)and medical tax "as resident for the tax purpose". your
SST should be held from your wage like the way of federal tax holding.
Talk to your employer, ask them to set up tax holding for you.
Here, 5 yrs means 5 tax year, it may be actually 4 calendar years
